Once we are satisfied that it will be feasible to arrange the funding the client is asked to enter into a fee agreement under which they undertake to pay a specified brokerage fee upon draw down of the borrowing.
Dependent upon the level of work to be undertaken and the existence of factors beyond the control of the client and the broker, such as the outcome of a property auction or grant of planning permission, the client may be asked to pay a non-refundable administration fee.
