Handling referral business is a huge responsibility as the introducer’s own reputation is put on the line when making the recommendation to the client and therefore we make every possible effort to ensure that the client receives the best possible service including prompt attention, sound advice and highly competitive fees.
The relationship with the introducer is valued extremely highly and we ensure that regular feedback is given regarding progress being made on behalf of their client with a commission payment made to the introducer upon satisfactory completion of the deal.
In many cases the introducer is able to write new business themselves related to the completed deal and so all parties benefit from the process.
